World Series Parade cont.
so these pictures are pretty boring
looking back.
they all look the same.
guy and his family in the back of a ford pickup.
it was definitely a "you had to be there" kinda thing.
but i'll bore you anyway....
that's birkman.
don't know why you can't tell.
it's not blurry. at. all.

Go Card's!
so unless you live in a hole
you should know the cardinals just won the world series.

my hubby being the sport freak that is
i got to watch a ridiculous amount of baseball
the last few weeks.
he was lucky enough to go to game 1 of the series.
and my parents got to see game 7!
ugh.
i'm totally not bitter at all.
so the sunday after they won there was a parade downtown.
we went to the parade in '06 when we won
and got to experience how awesome it is seeing the players so close
and so pumped from the win...
it wasn't even a discussion as to if we'd go again.
it was just a bit trickier with the kiddos this time around,
so my parents and aunt and uncle
went down 2 hrs before to save spots.
life saver.

probably not.
they were meeting us after they went to the rams game
and got on the opposite side of the street from us
and they were completely baracaded off not letting anyone cross
so they walked down the entire parade route and around the stadium
and back the entire parade route
only to find us 30 sec before the clidesdales came
we figure about a 4ish mile hike :)

Happy Halloween
so last night parker got to experience his first
'trick - or -treating'
if that's what you wanna call it.
we thought it was fitting for p
to be a monkey this year
being that he uses his feet as hands
still.
we went to my parents house
where he got to sit by a pumpkin bigger than him.
and of course he had nu-nu hold him.
(his current favorite)
still loving his nanny matt though
and got to meet buzz lightyear!
