san fran

so we continued on our journey

called vacation.

on to san francisco!

it was a  short long drive from yosemite.

supposed to take us 4 hrs

but took over 6.

not too shabby.

first stop

jail!

or alcatraz. same diff.

park enjoyed the boat ride over to the island.

hope he doesn't get the sea-sick gene from his mom.

whew.

the hubs looking so cool and not nerdy at all

while listening to the audio tour of the place.

san fran in the distance thru the fog.

it's 1 and 1/4 miles.

my mom thinks she could swim it.

i'm surprised we didn't bet on it and make her prove it.

the cousins slept the entire time on the island.

could they look any more different?

i think not.

after we got back to the pier

we took the boys to the aquarium.

it was the walk-thru-under-water kind.

pretty cool.

kinda made ya dizzy. 

 

and next we visit another country!

can i getta whoo hoo!
